  First class vision practice. Staff is professional and friendly. Eye care is thorough and doctors take their time and explain things so that patients understand everything in plain English. Highly recommend

  My appointment was on time, the Receptionist was pleasant , the Technicians made me feel comfortable and confident. Dr. El Jaballi also was professional and wiiing to answer my questions. In all it was what a Dr. appt. should be. I would give this office a 10 .

  I can’t say enough great things about Updegraff Laser Vision. From start to finish, my experience has been incredible. I had lens replacement surgery in both eyes, and just had my first adjustment today. Every step of the process has felt seamless, organized, and truly supportive. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. You feel that the moment you walk in. What really stood out to me is how well everything runs. The center operates like a well-oiled machine, yet never feels rushed or impersonal. They’ve clearly mastered both efficiency and patient care, which is rare to find. I’m so grateful I chose them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering vision correction. **Special shout out to Tatiana, Christian and Dr. Behn: kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

  The office itself is beautiful, very clean very comfortable… All of the staff are very efficient and very caring from the front to the back!! And Dr Behn Is awesome… You know the minute he walks in the door that he is going to take good care of you, he is kind and caring and so smart!! Probably one of the best doctors in any field that has ever taken care of me!! You will be well taken care of from the minute you walk in the front door!
