We took the 5:30pm Hot Sculpt class with Cori, and she was fantastic - clear cues, great energy, and a really motivating flow. The class was challenging but approachable, and the studio vibe was welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s such a fun environment & her energy makes the time fly by. For years I practiced at CorePower, then we moved to St Pete and I struggled to find a similar studio. I love all the different classes and each teacher has their own unique style so it never gets dull. I 100% recommend YogaSix!

She is encouraging and offers many different options, even demonstrating so that there's little guesswork in how to modify. The studio is lovely, well maintained and everyone is friendly. Try it out!

I love all the different formats that they offer so there is a class for everyone. I really enjoy the restorative classes to help my body unwind from the fast pace of life. I especially loved how she reminds us, “Listen to me, but most importantly, listen to your body.” That guidance made me feel safe, empowered, and truly connected to my practice. I left the class feeling grounded, strong, and grateful. Highly recommend her classes.
