  This place ruined my life at only 22 years old. I was prescribed Finasteride & Minoxidil for hair loss by Dr. Becker. I used Finasteride & Minoxidil ONE TIME for minor temple recession on March 12th, 2025. 6 months later I'm still not the same. This is known as Post-Finasteride Syndrome (PFS). During the worst of it I experienced: - Complete insomnia (went without sleep for an entire week, many nights of broken restless sleep) - Suicidal ideation - Panic attacks - Severe whole-body muscle twitching - Debilitating fatigue/weakness (felt like I was 90 years old, hard to even walk around) - Severe brain fog/memory impairment/emotional blunting (felt like I was lobotomized and completely brain dead, couldn't visualize thoughts in my head) - Very high resting heart rate (150 BPM when slowly walking around) - Loss of thirst & appetite - Genital shrinkage - Genital burning - Complete impotence This unfortunately caused me to drop my college classes, miss a lot of hours at work and even drive to hospitals multiple times. I could have easily lost my job, or even my life, but thankfully did not. Many of these symptoms have improved to varying degrees and I am able to work again, but I am still plagued with many symptoms that have not gone away: - ED - Loss of libido - Genital numbness - Pleasureless orgasms - Peyronies disease - Genital atrophy - Anhedonia - Dry eyes/skin - Loose skin - No/low body odor - Anhidrosis - Gynecomastia I (like many others) was not informed of the real devastation this drug can cause. How can you prescribe this to people for a purely cosmetic reason? This drug has caused many people to suffer unnecessarily over a non-life-threatening issue.

  I’m always very nervous going to a new provider but I am so happy I found this clinic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the provider, April, and her assistant were phenomenal. Very thorough and gentle with great bedside manner. Highly recommended!
