  I couldn't be more impressed or happy with the attention to detail, excellent service, and no-pressure sales experience I've had since my initial exam 1 month ago. I only have mild hearing loss but decided to purchase the Phonak hearing aids because they're so comfortable, barely visible, and have great blue tooth qualities. Ron Hapanowicz is amazing at adjusting the many features of the devices and truly cares about his patients' results. The follow-up service has been exceptional!

  When the time came that i required a hearing aid, I did extensive research. I did not want a high pressure salesman who wanted to sell the highest profit hearing aid like some of heavy advertising super size chains. I looked for a true dedicated professional who would test my hearing, listen to my concerns and represented the most reputable hearing aid companies with the latest technology. I wanted to know I was a valued customer not just before, but after the sale. Someone I could depend on for service whenever needed. Connect Hearing of St. Petersburg exceeded my expectations. Mary, who welcomes you to the bright clean office and Ronald Hapanowicz who is a true professional hearing aid expert, guided me through everything. No high pressure sales, but concern for my being 100% satisfied, I own my hearing aid about 3 months and each time I have needed an adjustment or had questions, they made themselves available.
