- CCChrisApr 6, 20265.0Love this gym. The managers themselves came to the locker room and cleaned up something that had happened. Great customer service and the equipment is in good shape. There’s also plenty of weights and machines to be able to handle peak hours. Recent sauna upgrade and locker room remodel also made it nicer.

- JSJonathan StallmanMar 14, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at CF Fitness on March 13, 2026. While I was working out, a staff member approached me and told me I was “singing too loudly” because someone had complained. I was simply singing praise and worship songs while exercising. There was nothing offensive or inappropriate about what I was doing — it was just part of how I stay motivated during my workouts. As a United States veteran, my faith is an important part of my life. Being approached and told to stop singing praise and worship made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I have never previously been warned about this, and the way it was handled made the gym feel far less welcoming than it claims to be. Gyms are supposed to promote wellness, respect, and inclusivity. Instead, this situation left me feeling like my personal expression — specifically my religious expression — was treated as a problem. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable being a member and have requested that my membership be canceled without the $99 cancellation fee. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and treats members with greater respect in the future.
