- ARaj rios3 days ago3.0Clean gym. But the evening guests (9p-11p) need to follow the rules. Puerto Rican male in his 20's, wearing a sauna suit, in the sauna had his music on speaker and left his trash in there. Also, another Puerto Rican (30's & balding) had his clothes covering a full bench and wouldn't move out the way for me to sit. Then he was taking pictures in the mirror

Tons of equipment, great staff, and open great hours, so theyre always available when I need a workout. I highly recommend the free workout with a personal trainer they offer. It motivated me to take my fitness goals to the next level. Josh has been incredibly knowledgeable and always challenges me with new exercises and pushes me past my limits to show me what I am capable of. Results have been incredible with an accompanying meal plan. So far I've lost 13lbs in just shy of 6 weeks and really toned up. Definitely check them out, especially if you have a friend who goes here on their 3 day free buddy pass and see for yourself.
