Kelly, and I sat down and discussed the issues I had experienced over the years, listening very carefully. She tested my hearing thoroughly, answered my questions and put me totally at ease. I learned one thing immediately. The person testing and fitting the devices is the key to getting your hearing restored. Kelly chose the appropriate devices, programming them and fitting them comfortably into my ears. The difference was completely awesome. A few minor adjustments were made and the only thing left was the interface to my phone. That worked very well, unlike my last hearing aids. It is important to choose good devices to restore your hearing but it is more important to choose the right people to guide you in that decision. AudioNova and Kelly are, in my opinion, the best choice you could make.
