  Today was my first time at this location and I have to say the staff was absolutely amazing! They kept everyone updated with any delays, which was very much appreciated! I have honestly never been to a lab where everyone was so friendly and had smiles on their faces it was definitely a great experience!

  They are running like a well oiled machine. On time with appts, they draw the samples and you hardly notice it.

  I have been going to this location for a couple of years. Never a problem until today. My attendant (Ericka) never greeted me, just use commands to address me. "go to the bathroom bring me the sample" I ask if I could do it after I do blood. "No, we can't wait for you. You have to wait outside" After a few minutes she call me again. We went thru the door apparently I left the door ajar. "She scolded me "you have to close the door, it is for our safety." She needs to learn some manners. At least she need to learn the words "hi", "please" and "thank you" and watch her tone with patients. I went around and found another attendant and she said "yeah no problem. Erika was rude. There is no need for that. I am 69 years old, I don't need to be treated like I am 5. If she is having problems, she needs to leave them at home. Or find another job where she doesn't have to interact with people.

  Rosemary was very nice and polite and made the whole blood work process a charm.

  I had made an appt. for Quest in advance . I walked, waited 2 minutes and was called. I saw my name at the top of the list on the TV screen. I was greeted and the associate was polite and informative. In and out, easy peasy. Thank you.
