  I usually always shopped online but recently had to go into the store for a return of wrong product. I met Heidi the store manager there. She is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have had a better shopping experience especially with all my questions that she answered patiently and quickly. She also educated me on all I was missing out on being a pro member and not shopping in store. It is so much more beneficial to shop in store for you benefits and discounts. I was so disappointed thinking what I missed out over the last 8 months previously. I’ve met a few of the other staff members and they were all very friendly and helpful also. Definitely changed my way of purchasing my supplements and earning rewards.

  I had an amazing experience at GNC thanks to Heidi! She's always so happy and eager to help, making every visit a pleasure. Her product knowledge is impressive, and she took the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect supplements. Heidi’s positive attitude and helpfulness truly set her apart. Highly recommend visiting her at GNC!
