I feel like a member of her family. I was in the process of getting things set up for my parents with Home Instead when my mom fell. My mom takes care of herself and my dad. As you can imagine, I was desperately in need of help and guidance. Kay came to my rescue in a big way! She and her team have been invaluable. I literally called the number late at night to get help when an ambulance was taking mom away and the owner was so kind and compassionate. He got me to Kay and she helped me again.
