Yesterday, March 31 2026 , was my first time going to this office with a family member. While waiting, We overheard an interaction between a staff member and another employee in a public area where patients could clearly hear. During that interaction, the staff member said to the other employee, “use the little brain inside your head,” in response to the employee asking questions about a process. As a patient, I found this comment to be openly disrespectful, demeaning, and inappropriate for a healthcare setting. It was concerning to witness an employee being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of others and within earshot of patients. This type of communication does not reflect the level of professionalism and respect I expect in an environment responsible for patient care. It raised concerns for me about the workplace culture and whether staff feel comfortable asking questions or seeking clarification, which is important for safe and effective care. Observing this interaction negatively impacted my confidence in the environment and overall experience as a patient. Given the nature of this behavior and its potential impact on both staff and patient experience, I believe this matter warrants review and appropriate action.
