  One of the elevators in the parking garage has been out of service for over three weeks. It;s a long wait for an elevator and it is full to the max.

  do yourself a favor and go to UM health system. The doctor has 0 care for you, feels like he's always eager to go home instead of being there, and will be annoyed when you ask any question at all.

  El peor servicio médico en toda mi vida. Tres semanas desde mi accidente y todavía no me pueden dar ni siquiera un diagnóstico. Cuando hablé para quejarme, amablemente me dijeron que le haga como quiera y siga esperando, porque como tienen muy poco personal no pueden atender a todos los pacientes, ni regresarles la llamada, ni revisar sus estudios de laboratorio. Si piensas ir a este lugar tampoco esperes que te atienda el doctor porque como siempre está ocupado te pasan con su asistente.

  My mother spent 2 & 1/2 attempting to schedule an appointment to no avail. We had seen the bad reviews but she tried her luck. She first waited over an hour to connect. Then a staffer asked her name and said she’d get right back. She was on hold for another hour waiting and was then finally disconnected at 4:58. When she called back the office was closed! How unprofessional.
