  I have been working with Ashti for a little less than a year, and I am finally feeling like myself again, thanks to her.   I highly recommend Ashti Khargu of Ultra Renew Health and Wellness for a functional medicine practitioner. My recent experience with other doctors is that they are just taking paychecks and counting me as a number. Ashti's swift and effective resolution of my health issues after our consultations was truly remarkable. She prescribed all-natural supplements that aided in digestion and stomach repair. After conducting thorough bloodwork and tests, we devised a game plan that was easy to implement and tailored just for me. This quick and personalized approach gave me hope and optimism, unlike the one-size-fits-all solutions offered by some specialty practitioners. My husband also experienced a totally unique plan tailored to his needs. One of the qualities that really draws me to Ashti is her personal touch. She has many patients but takes her time to go over every concern I have. She actually cares about my health and my body functioning naturally.   Ashti has been amazing to work with! I was having many symptoms and she not only explained why I was having these symptoms (after doing several tests that my doctor never did) but worked with me to get me on a plan to heal my body. I was extremely tired all the time, lots of stomach issues and weight gain. Ashti dove deep into figuring out what was going on with me (getting to the root cause) and what we could do to get me on a path to feeling better. I am only a few days into taking my supplements and new meal plan but so far so good. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and soooo helpful! She has gone above and beyond and sent me recipes to help with my elimination diet. I know that it is going to take time but I am hopeful that with me doing my part and Ashti guiding me along the way that I will be feeling much better soon! I highly recommend her. If you are having issues with your thyroid, fatigue, weight gain, hormonal issues, stomach issues, etc. This was me in a nut shell.   I’ve been seeing Ashti for a few months now. I went in originally because I had noticed changes in my overall health and needed help getting things back on track. After my first visit I could already tell she genuinely cares about her patients and getting to the root cause of their issues. I always feel heard and happily see results from our plan.
