  This time I went they had Mike a staff member in the waiting room helping everyone who needed help checking on the computer! He was very cordial opening the door and greeting everyone that was coming in! That was very helpful and kind! I love it!

  We came in late for my son's appointment and honestly expected a long wait — but they fit us in within 10 minutes. Check-in was smooth and easy. My little one was really scared, but the two phlebotomists who helped us were incredibly patient. They took their time talking him through it, kept things light with their sense of humor, and had all three of us laughing before we knew it. Fast and gentle doesn't even begin to cover it. This was a whole different level of experience. You don't expect a lab visit to be a highlight of your day, but this one was. Thank you to the whole team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I requested to see Ouhy after having issues in the past with several employees not completing orders correctly. The lobby rep was aware of this and brushed my request off. Ouhy never came for me, so I had to go with someone else, as I had obligations after my appointment. This was a long, complex order with multiple viles. Her pressure was aggressive and caused me pain and discomfort. A few days later, she called me to say that several tubes didn't work out and that I needed to come back in and give more blood. This is unacceptable. At the follow up due to her erro, I held out for Ouhy. Not only did he not cause discomfort with the draw, but he discovered THREE tests that the other person MISSED at my original appointment. This level of sloppiness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend the person who "helped" me in any capacity.
