- EJEdward Eastup Jr.Mar 23, 20261.0They had no idea how to work with my insurance company even though they were in my network. They screwed up my claim and tried to cover it up. I had to pay more out of pocket than I was supposed to but I was so aggravated I paid it just to get out of there. They said I had to pay 18$ for shipping even if I picked the contacts up at the store. I opted to have them shipped to home seeing how I had to pay shipping anyway. Four weeks later I get a text that says my contacts were delivered but I never received them. Some citrate shipper I never heard of took a picture of the package in the lobby on a wire rack. We live in a condo and they had my complete address but chose to leave them in a lobby with no office or anyone around. I’ve been dealing with the shipper with no luck so far. Run from this place!
