  I have been working with Ashti for a little less than a year, and I am finally feeling like myself again, thanks to her. She takes a truly holistic approach, listens closely, and considers every aspect of your health -- labs, sleep, gut health, cycle, activity, diet, symptoms, overall well being, etc. If you're looking for a wonderful functional medicine nurse practitioner who truly cares about finding and treating root causes and not just masking symptoms, go see Ashti!

  Ashti is extremely knowledgeable and she cares about her patients and their progression towards better health goals. I started seeing her for my energy levels and she’s mapped out a plan and identified the issues stemming from my lifestyle. She has become my accountability partner. I’m going to start bringing my son to see her for his GI issues that the GI specialist has been unhelpful with. If you don’t invest in your health, you will pay for it later. I highly recommend Ashti and her practice.

  I came to Ultra Renew Heath and Wellness in October and it has been the best decision I made for my health. Years of not feeling well, and doctors not paying attention to my symptoms made my life very difficult. The treatments and test recommended by Ashti have helped me tremendously to feel better.   I’ve been seeing Ashti for a few months now. I went in originally because I had noticed changes in my overall health and needed help getting things back on track. After my first visit I could already tell she genuinely cares about her patients and getting to the root cause of their issues. I always feel heard and happily see results from our plan.
