- TBTeresa BargielJan 29, 20262.0I had a few appointments for my little kids a long while ago. Each time were extremely long waits. The visits were not impressive. No mistreatment or rudeness, but did not feel like we were cared about. One time we arrived early & doors were licked. A crowd formed & doors weren't opened until 10 minutes after my (actually, the whole crowds) appointment time. Last time the wait was at least 45 minutes & after several kids who came after us were taken in & seen, we gave up and left. Will not try again. I hope others get a better experience.
