  I went in and there was a line waiting just to check in. They've changed the check in procedure so that you have to find and enter your insurance information and show ID. That made me 20 minutes late for my appointment when I was 5 minutes early. The staff was great, but that check in sucks

  The ladies there are very nice and when they take your blood you don't feel it at all now I'm skittish so I don't look but I don't even feel it Don't have to wait long very nice place to go.
