    This is an awesome location... very clean, great amenities, and plenty of awesome staff. Top on the list is the black club massage chair, hydro massage, and tanning booths. Finally a gym that I'm comfortable in!

    An injury has kept me out of Planet Fitness for well over a year and am now facing another spinal surgery. I will not be able to use a gym during my recovery, which may be up to another year. I can no longer drive. I have attempted to cancel my membership several times, and have been told it has to be in writing and sent certified mail. Then I was told it did not have to be certified. I see that I'm still being billed and this has been going on for months. Finally, today, 9/7/25, I was able to cancel online supposedly, but they insist on billing me another month. It should not be this difficult to cancel any membership to a gym. I expect not to be billed for this month, and for previous months, but would settle for this last month.
