  This was the best exam I have ever had. The doctor took her time and explained everything to me so I could make informed decisions for my own. Hailey helped my daughter pick out her first pair of glasses and she was so helpful. One of the other girls helped me fix my current glasses. They staff really was just amazing.

  Hailey and Dawn were awesome. Professional, great product knowledge, and just plain nice. I looked in LensCrafters and Pearle: night and day difference. Those two acted as if they didn't want to do business.

  Do not recommend coming here unless you want to wait around for FOREVER while the front office staff stand around worried about door dash coming or not. Took 3 of them to stand around together and call door dash in a group. While patients just stood around waiting to be helped. Will not be coming back. Their attitudes also sucked.

  I don’t have a local optical company , so a friend said she goes to Target at UTC. I didn’t even know they had an optical store. I had one pair of glasses that were pinching my nose and another that the lens fell out of! I called and they said no appointed was needed. I walked in and Hailey greeted me. She graciously took care of my issues with both of my glasses and there was no charge for it. I really appreciated Hailey’s help and highly recommend Target Optical at UTC!
