Horribly disappointed. Was referred to this group for urology in December, took a long time to even get a call back, then scheduled an appointment several months out: April!
I was told the staff would be in touch as the data approached. They weren’t, so I called on April 8 to confirm my April 16 appointment, and they said it was canceled! Next availability not until the back half of June at an office 20 miles away!
Why in the world was I not told of the cancellation? When I asked for a reason, they were vague. When I asked my referring general practitioner to get a reason from them, the nurse said she was told the urology doctor had an emergency surgery come up — Until we pointed out the appointment wasn’t until the week from now, so what kind of an emergency would that be, and then they said well, we had to cut back on new-patient appointments to lighten the load.
In other words, they didn’t bother to tell the patient his appointment was canceled, and then weren’t consistent about the reason for cancellation when this was discovered later. How is that even marginally professional?
To be clear, the one-star rating here is about the practice’s office, not the doctor himself. Can’t rate him because they haven’t let me meet him yet, and now I have to wait another two months plus.
I've been trying for several days to get an appointment here. Every time I call no matter what time of day I sit on hold until I reach 30 minutes at which point I'd cut the call. Cuz I'm not holding for more than 30 minutes to schedule an appointment, I will seek care elsewhere

This has to be the worst Dr's office as far as customer service is concerned. You are on hold forever to talk to a human, office staff appears to be very unhappy as they recently got a new computer system, they never return your phone call. It is impossible to get a prescription refill which should be such a simple process. It is very, very frustrating to work with them!!!
Dr. Perry did not seem pressured to see me and get me out as quickly as possible. Dr. Perry was prepared to evaluate me and stay to answer any questions/concerns for as long as it took.
Have been a patient of Dr Perry for almost 20 years. He's a great doctor but my latest visit I was made to see a PA.
She was very good but i was not pleased. I was anxious to talk to Perry because he was following up on an MRI after the possibility of a cancer diagnosis. The PA said i was fine but I would have felt better if I were able to speak to him. I was told I could see him but I had to wait. I was given the test results by the PA and all was well but would have rather seen the doctor.
