  If you're able to make an appointment they'll get you in on your time slot if you can read and follow self check in which isn't difficult for people who have average intelligence.

  Bella was terrific. When I created a scheduling snafu by not having my orders with me, she was extremely patient and helpful. And no pain or bruise when she took my blood. Sammi upfront was also very patient and helpful, and was able to obtain my orders with ease. Great team! Both deserve kudos!

  Love everyone I met..if you need to get blood drawn here. Don't be a dick to these girls if your walk in name don't get called. Why don't you make appt and wait your turn. Sometimes things are slow or they have a bleeder. If you can't wait patiently. If you start to yell..someone else might make you bleed Remember that.. be respectful

  Sanya was super rude. I was recently there and that lady was super rude. I’m not going back. I will definitely find another location. I’ve been in another locations between Sarasota and manatee and this was the worst location by far. Very poor customer service.

  I was there at 3:15pm and they close at 3 PM. The Google results came up they closed 3:30 so I drove a half hour for no reason.. This happened at another East Avenue location. The door was locked at 3pm and it said on the door they closed at 4pm but they didn’t answer the door, but I could hear people in there. Terrible company for that reason.
