    I've been to this location several times. I give it 3 stars because I have been treated very poorly and rudely, LIKE I WAS TODAY, and other times I have been treated kindly and respectfully. If this review was for today only, I would give it 1 star. Today the phlebotomist SCOLDED me for tearing up an old lab order and throwing it in the trash. She claimed she could lose her job because of what I did. Said the old lab order had my information on it and it needed to be shredded because otherwise she could lose her job because of me. Then she went on about her job paying for her children. I had to hear all of this because I simply tore and threw out and old imaging order in the trash. Then she walked out without saying anything. If this sounds crazy to you, it's because it is. A client and patient getting their blood taken should be treated with respect. Patients are in a vulnerable position when you are about to stick a needle in our bodies and you have no idea what health condition we are in or going through. But instead this employee scolds me for using the trash! And no, there was no sensitive information on the paper. Just a simple imaging order. After this rudeness, another lady came in to take my blood. She didn't greet me, just asked which arm to take my blood. After she did so, I said she did a great job because it didn't hurt at all and I thanked her; then she seemed more at ease and said she appreciated what I said. Honestly, we don't need this type of treatment in the medical industry. Medical providers need to be more compassionate, respectful with patients. And everyone should try to be more polite for goodness sake.

    My first time at this location. They seem to keep things running smoothly, getting people in and out. I am usually difficult to draw blood from (bad veins), but Leslie had no problem! She was great!

    This rating is strictly for the manager. I was with one of the phlebotomists and she rudely interrupted and knocked on the wall of the door stating " Jane Doe hurry up" as a patient and a fellow health care professional i thought this was very unprofessional, as the phlebomist was doing their job taking care of the patient and then being rudely interrupted. How is she the manager and she doesn’t understand that the patient comes first and this is not an assembly line, we are humans. Bad manager.
