- ALAlison LucianoFeb 12, 20265.0Meadows Dental Associates employs a group of profession and caring personnel. It started the moment I arrived I was greeted with a friendly reception. I was called, on time, for my exam with Dr Alison Heusner. She is so comforting, kind and any fears I may of had quickly disappeared. It was a very thorough exam, and she explained everything she was doing as she was performing her exam. We sat and talked (without being rushed) about steps going forward. My visit with Jenn, the hygienist was very thorough. She is a woman who not only knows her job BUT you can tell she loves her job. She is very knowledgeable about her trade and educated me on what products would be best for me. And then, I cannot forget Lisa. While checking me out she too was so kind and asked if everything went well and if I needed anything. She was so very helpful in making my follow-up appointment that fit into my schedule. I can honestly say I have no reservations about returning for my follow-up appointment. If you are in need for dental work or looking for a new dental office I highly recommend.

She explains what the instruments are that she is using and is confident using them. She kept checking on my comfort level and using the suction hose. When I asked her about a best practice for using the water pik she showed me a quick video on the tv monitor. I am very pleased I was referred to this practice by a friend.
