I would give this experience 0 stars if I could. I ordered non-prescription sunglasses online, and when they arrived, they were too big. I contacted LensCrafters via chat to ask about returning them and ordering a smaller size. I was instructed to initiate the return online and then either mail them back or drop them off at a local store.
Following those instructions, I went to the UTC location, only to be told they could not accept the return and that I had to mail it instead. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had just been told otherwise by customer service. It seems the staff at that location are either not properly trained or unclear on their own return policy.
After leaving, I contacted LensCrafters via chat again, and was told that the store absolutely should have accepted the return. Unfortunately, cost me 40 minutes of driving each way.
Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. They also helped me make the best purchase for what I wanted. I will definitely use them again. Also, a great experience with my eye exam.

I had an excellent experience with this store! After calling numerous places, I chose them specifically because of the courteous professionalism of the gentleman who answered the phone. When I arrived, the entire team showed that same high level of professional attitude. A special shout-out to Matt, who took my order—he was excellent and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find such consistent service from the first phone call to the final interaction. Highly recommend!

Would strongly recommend LensCrafters should you need to get a new pair of glasses. I had the absolute pleasure of having Laura help me pick out a pair of new glasses. She made the experience of trying to pick out glasses very fun! I actually ended up buying two pairs!!

For the first time ever, I had an issue with my new pair of glasses.
The folks there didn't even bat an eye(no pun intended). They simply asked what was wrong and what I needed fixed. With absolutely no fuss, they accepted the glasses for adjustment, at no additional cost. Real old fashion integrity!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
