The teachers and staff rock, the vibes are great, and classes are well balanced for any level, whether you are a novice or advanced yogi. They have great options for monthly payment plans, single sessions, and they even offer great package deals often. Don't just take my word for it, You MUST try a class for yourself.

It’s super easy to book classes online. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The instructors offer the perfect amount of encouragement but also meet you where you are in your practice. I was incredibly nervous for my first few classes since I had never been to a studio before. Alina has been my instructor for the first 4 classes. She is so positive and gives you various options for poses if you have physical difficulties. She’s a calm presence but also offers opportunities for growth and challenges. I am so happy to begin my yoga journey with Yoga Six. I am hooked!
