  Hailey was absolutely wonderful to work with! She expertly helped me select the perfect pair of eyeglasses and completed my contact order quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend working with her!

  Mary Jo one if not the best receptionist experience i ever had she assisted me even though it past closing hours which she didn’t have to and helped me find glasses that suit me the best she was very patient and explained in detail what was recommended. I’m very happy with the experience and i will be coming back and referring some of my friends to her. Thank you

  Popped in to have 4 pairs of sunglasses adjusted due to slipping. Didn’t realize how loose all the screws were. Hailey helped me out as soon as I walked in and graciously adjusted all 4 pairs immediately free of charge. Very friendly and professional. Really appreciated her great service.

  I was disappointed in my experience here as I read the good reviews. I made an appointment for a contact lens exam and general check up. I have been going to the eye doctor for nearly 20 years, so I understand the general procedure when getting an annual exam. The doctor 'tested' my vision for my contact lenses with my glasses on - which has never happened to me before. The actual vision testing lasted about 30 seconds until he determined that I would keep the same prescription. In my past experience, this usually takes 5-10 minutes. It just seemed really rushed for no reason. He asked if I wanted to try a new contact lens brand, which I agreed to, and while I was putting the contacts in and after I had finished, he was sitting on his phone scrolling. He then said something like 'oh, I already showed you the scans on the screens right?' And I said no, you hadn't. He then reviewed that everything looked healthy. I then go out to the retail counter, where a woman hands me my bill and it was higher than I had expected. I asked if I could see the breakdown and I mentioned that I thought I had more coverage than this. She said (very rudely) ‘I’m not sure what to tell you because this is what we charged your insurance and they came back with this.” And then stood there staring at me while I looked at the bill. I will say that Khushboo who helped me explore purchasing contact lenses was very kind and helpful. During our interaction, I learned that the doctor had only given me the prescription for the trial contact lenses when I explicitly said I needed at least a week to test these before I committed to this brand. So essentially, they gave me the incorrect prescription, which I did get corrected. Overall, a very strange experience. I’m glad I don’t have any eye health issues or else I would need to seek out another doctor to do a thorough exam and pay out of pocket.
