- JLJuana Lara LizardiJan 26, 20265.0If you haven't done Shockwave Therapy, you are missing out. Back in May 2024 I got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. After getting two injections in my foot, sleeping with a boot at night, changing my shoe inserts , and stretching every night, NOTHING was helping. I couldn't even walk sometimes. I went to see Dr. Mercer because of neck pain, he spoke to me about shockingwave therapy and how it could help my plantar fasciitis. I canceled my foot appointment and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, after 8 treatments let me tell you, my pain is gone. Hallelujah, thank you Jesus and Dr. Mercer. My last treatment was back in July 2025 and I am free of pain. Do your research and see if Shockwave Therapy is for you before you decide on doing surgery. P.s. my neck pain is gone as well.
