They clearly care not only about my father personally, and his wellbeing; but they are proactive, communicative, flexible and exceedingly professional. I talk with them regularly to plan for my father's upcoming needs and their team listens, gives great input, and even when it means less hours of care (aka their revenue) they always advocate honestly, focused primarily on what is best for my father. As someone who lives an hour plus away, and travels regularly for my career, I have comfort he is being cared for and needs met. I tried to address his care by a different "easier/cheaper" means previous to meeting Homewatch and that was not productive, reliable or healthy for our needs. Unfortunately we all go through these difficult times and decisions, and when that arises I can say I highly, highly recommend Homewatch. It has been like having another family member available for assistance.
