She looked up my insurance and told me I didn’t have any benefits for glasses, even though I told her I should have it. I went to another place and they figured it out in 5minutes, my insurance did pay for about half. I wish I could have gotten my exam and glasses at the same place but she didn’t look like she wanted to make any efforts or find any solutions for me so I just took my business somewhere else.
