  Tried to call for a new patient appointment, was on hold for 10 mins until an extremely rude woman answered. I told her who I wanted the appointment with. She asked and I provided my insurance and what location, and then she literally didn’t say a single word after I said “Sarasota main” just instantly put me on hold for another 20 mins before I hung up. What kind of business even is this?

  Consider yourself lucky if you’re unable to set a first appointment on the phone. The real nightmare begins once you walk in the door.

  Dr. Bose is excellent. He is great with teen boys. I have sat in on the appointments and participated with a family member. The staff seems okay. Dr. Bose worth any inconvenience with staff.

  The very low reviews you see for all of their locations are unfortunately justified. Completely left us hanging with no help after spending $1500+ on testing fees... also the process from initial inquiry until we finally were told they couldn’t take our insurance (Humana) for treatment except for one therapist who had “no recurring openings” for our son took over 30 WEEKS. Very poor follow up by their scheduling department (Patrice) who seemed completely lost every time we spoke to her. Weeks in between phone calls back and forth, as if they have no understanding that people are coming to them for immediate needed help...shame on this place for how they operate.
