- NANick AfifyJul 31, 20251.0#Friendly at First, But It's Just a Sales Game# They treat you great when you're joining—smiles, encouragement, the whole pitch. But miss one class and suddenly you're charged, with no heads-up and zero empathy. I brought it up and got nothing but indifference. Felt like I was just a dollar sign to them. Not a place that values its members.
- IGIdil GJun 16, 20221.0March 2020 when Covid hit Club Pilates South Sarasota charged me $159 on March 15, 2020 and closed the location for next 3 months. I emailed them about the charge and froze my account. They didn’t open the location till June 2020 and I started freezing my membership as I didn’t feel safe going to the studio. On February 7, 2022 they started charging me even though my account was on a freeze. And they mentioned that they can no longer freeze the account as I have a past due balance. Now I am getting harassing calls from their debt collection agency that I owe them $612!!! Called the studio no answer, called the headquarters and they can no longer see my account. This is a highway robbery. They are punishing me as I didn’t cancel my membership!!!

- RARalph AyersAug 27, 20212.0Ridiculous sound system, I can't believe anyone would charge such a high rate and equip it with a cheap-cheap sound system that is critical to the exercise process. everyone tends to crowd to the speaker.
