  Be aware of them, they will take your money upfront and wont refund you event after your commitment is finish. 3 months passed I called and asked to cancel they still charged me for 4th month and said sorry we wont refund you for next month as well. Be aware when signing anything with them, they will find a way to steal your money!

  The worst. Went here because it was close but overall just another soulless franchise. Pretty much every other local option is better. They just want to sign up as many people as possible for automatic billing but then the classes are always full and they won’t cancel your subscription for months.

  I didn’t get to take the intro class because from the moment I signed up, I got repeated phone calls and texts, and even throughout the weekend. What’s worse is that I asked them to stop, and they didn’t. They then called and texted me to confirm, which I did. Then they called the next day and texted to confirm, and it was on Sunday, so at that point I’d had enough. I cancelled the intro class because I wouldn’t join a place that didn’t respect my time.

  I recently went to Club Pilates and was greeted by Katelyn at the door. She brought a great energy to the studio and made everyone feel like a friend.She made the studio feel so warm and welcoming, I will definitely be coming back, she made sure I had a great experience!
