Its never been right from beginning and not happy with how they handle multiple returns. Of course they offer upgraded varieties but who wants to spend more money on something when they can't give you a working Product that was sold to her from the beginning!! What a disappointment. She is counting her losses and I am taking care of my Mom and going elsewhere!

They are not inexpensive, but they offer an entirely new hearing experience. The stand-alone Roger On device lets me hear TV directly through the hearing aids with no shouting or distortion, and can also act as a distance booster for meetings, etc.
