  I'm a new patient with plantar warts on my feet. I called last week and was able to get an appointment in a week. The office staff and Dr. Barak's assistant are very friendly. Dr. Barak explained what was going on and what he was going to do to clean everything up. What a great experience with Dr. Barak and his staff.

  I had scheduled an appointment about two weeks before my initial appointment and while I was talking to the receptionist she would ask me for my name and then tell me hold on, then ask me for my last name and told me to hold on again so everything she would ask me, she would tell me to hold on and repeat myself I also gave her my insurance information and was told to come in early to fill out some paperwork and I was good. The day of my appointment I left one hour early due to a 40 minute commute with traffic and when I got there I !sat down after checking in while I was filling out my paperwork I was told to come up to the front again And that I could not be seen because I did not have a referral. This was something that could’ve been avoided if they could’ve called me ahead of time to let me know that I needed a referral to be seen. This is very unacceptable. I took the morning off for that appointment And it was a complete waste of time very unprofessional. I am very disappointed and I will never go back.

  I had an appointment (new patient) with Dr Barak today. I was pleased that the new patient paperwork was on the website so I could download it and prepare ahead of time. My appointment was at 2Pm. Chrissy, his assistant took me back and did a preliminary analysis and got my foot ready for the doctor. When he came in, he was professional and got right to work. The whole time he was extricating a piece of glass from my foot, he continually checked to make sure I was t in pain and was ok. He dealt with that issue and gave me a separator to deal with another toe issue. I felt listened to and understood. While he do run late, I confirmed that the reason was he needed more time than was budgeted for with another patient. And I’m okay with that. Will recommend him to others.

  I had a partial ingrown toenail removal done in Illinois. Started bothering me while in Florida. Called BARAK podiatry and was able to see dr in two days. Office wonderful and helpful for a new patient . Dr BARAK found and solved problem immediately. Explained everything in simple to understand terms. Highly recommend him. Wonderful staff and throughly competent doctor. Walked out with toe feeling great and very thankful I found this office.
