Recommend 1000% percent. I take a medication that can be a hassle to get from local pharmacies and is often out of stock. My dr called my medication in Tuesday afternoon and by Thursday morning it was at my door and I live about 150 miles from Sarasota.

Super fast, worked with manufacture for coupon so medication was VERY AFFORDABLE! Service was really nice & understanding, very friendly.

The first time dealing with them was easy and wonderful. But there was a misunderstanding regarding my daughters meds. I called the night before , then someone called me today and I missed the call. I called and spoke with a girl. I did not get her name, but I called around 11:53am. After providing her my daughters information, she stated she had no active prescriptions. I said I am sorry I thought maybe I was calling the wrong pharmacy and apologized I was so confused. She asked for a moment to look up the records and when she got back on, she said she had no records. I was confused because my daughters dermatologist wrote 3 refills on the paperwork. I asked if my daughter was in the system? She said yes yes she is , but has no record of refills and she was not sure who called me to say otherwise. She sounded frustrated. I said ," again, I was the one that called the night previously they were just returning my call." She rudely said "i know" with an attitude. I did not pay no mind to it and explained again, and it was like a light bulb finally went off and she said no we had no refills and they would contact the doctor. I hope you record calls for quality assurance and hope you can review it. I know sometimes people have bad days, I am hoping it was just that. I was very cordial, I was just genuinely very confused about my daughters prescriptions.
UPDATE: that call was last thursday/Friday. Tuesday I spoke to my doctor who said they called in the prescription for refill. They said they were going to follow up with a call. Its now Friday and still no prescription.

I've had more experiences than I would like with pharmacies, but I have always been pleasantly surprised by Apotheco's impeccable customer service, and ability to communicate clearly. Sometimes, it can be difficult to get a clear answer on a prescription, be it confusing communication with the physician, insurance, pharmacist, but Apotheco has aways been wonderful, clear, and concise. Every phone call I have had has been wonderful, and I don't groan at the thought of calling, like I have with other pharmacies. Whatever they do here for customer service training is working well!
