  I would rate the lab technician a 10/10—she was very professional and found my vein quickly with no issues. My only concern with Quest Diagnostics is the front office experience. There was no staff available, which made the office feel unwelcoming. This can be especially difficult for elderly patients who may not know how to use the self check-in machine. I believe having someone available at the front desk to assist patients would greatly improve the overall experience.

  I've been going to Quest diagnostics for nearly 30yrs in cities and states across America. I've never had a problem even when locations were overrun with patients, I was treated professionally and pleasant attitudes. They gave me timely updates on when my turn would be. I can't say enough nice things about the company and it's employees

  I had my labs yesterday and was met and attended to by Sheila who was extremely friendly and explained my remaining needed labs with full clarity. She provided a very welcoming environment. I appreciated this immensely as my last visit to the Waterford location was terrible and was pretty nervous for this one. Thank you Shelia, I will ensure to make my future appointments with this location.

  We have been using Quest for alst 10 years. Never a day where we wait for more than 2 mons from the appointed time, the staff are excellent and very professional and always smiling. The best.

  I was seen within minutes of arriving. My technician was very nice and it all took less than 10 minutes.
