My appointment was set for 10:40 AM and my wife’s for 11:00 AM. We arrived early at 10:30 AM but were not seen until around 11:15 AM. After the long wait, my wife was eventually seen for her exam, but I was told that I did not have an appointment. The staff claimed they had called me to reschedule, which never happened—I received no phone call, voicemail, or message. I also confirmed that I completed the patient forms in advance and even received and responded to the automated text confirming my appointment. After going back and forth, I was told they could “squeeze me in,” but only after waiting even longer. While I did have a great experience with the doctor once I was finally seen, the front desk experience was frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, it really took away from what should have been a smooth and routine visit.

Jennifer has an extensive knowledge of the inventory and recommends the best products and frames for each person. Her willingness to help is proof of the high quality customer service she provides. Even thought it is not the closest optometrist to home I don’t mind the drive because I know she takes care of her clients.
