I confirmed with them and I show up on time and there are quite a few people ahead of me and then they tell me it's going to be awhile. They could repeatedly go out of their way to confirm my appointment but can't even be bothered to call and inform anyone of their significant delays. They are completely unprofessional.

Took the prescription and went to order glasses but I was missing several requisite pieces of information on the sheet, namely PD or pupillary distance. I called only to find out that PD is an extra charge of $35 despite me already paying for both exams (one for contacts and one for glasses). Long story short, go elseware. It may seem like you're saving money but you're just gonna get nickel and dimed until you've spent 15-25% more than the competition.
