I am also grateful they got female doctors. There was a male doctor who used to work there that was extremely rude every single time I went there, but the women they have on staff now are kind and very helpful.

With the exception of the unclear info about the referral bonus I asked (very politely)to speak to a manager regarding and was declined. But there is one person specifically who stands out in the most positive way. She is always so cheerful, smiling, and helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and ok. Not only with me but I see her with the same energy and interaction with the other donors. Norma is just always so pleasant and considerate. I hope Sanford knows and appreciates her as much as I do. Thank you Norma for being amazing all the time to me and everyone.
