  I’ve donated plasma over five different places in this by far is one of the best. They run everything like a well oiled machine. So far everyone I’ve encountered has been incredibly friendly and efficient.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service and I won't be back. They're very slow and they don't care about donors. I had two separate people start on me and walk away. Right after the second person wiped me down with an alcohol wipe, she walked away. Meanwhile, the original person who started came back and stuck two people who came in after me. The complete setup and sticking, and I'm still waiting on that person to come back. Which I later found out went to get water. I had time to go to the bathroom, and I was still waiting to be stuck. The three people who were sitting with me completed their donation and I'm still waiting. I had to make a scene to be stuck. Later spoke to the manager who was no help. Turns out she was present and saw the whole situation. She didn't care that they had poor communication and left me waiting and didn't try to rectify the situation. Told me I'm making a big deal out of nothing and gave the excuse that the worker who left during a stick to get water was training. But you're in charge and were present. You didn't listen to me or care to fix anything. Who cares right 🙄 my employees can do whatever they want and I, the person in charge, won't and supposedly can't tell them anything.
