  Staff is friendly and great at their job. I pay my phone and storage with my plasma. Been a saving grace through difficult financial times.

  When you call they will place you on hold for 30 minutes just for a 5 second question please fix your customer service there is no reason for this

  The place is clean usually the process is fast but as far as being deferred for any reason, the doctor is barely never there. The staff does not correspond with you via 1A email or phone. You have to go up to the location to find out what’s going on every time I called I was placed on hold so long until I end up hanging up once I came to the Sanford location to find out what was going on. I was then told that they don’t know when the doctor would be in, but when the doctor come in the deferred will be taken off me days later came back to the location nothing. At this point, I think maybe they should have a regular doctor that’s able to be reached when needed rather than have customers wait days or weeks at a time such an inconvenience.

  Staff was messing with me for nun on machine, I’m on my phone, I came in there couple times, first time seeing one of staff she had attitudes kept messing with me while im on my phone talking bout pick my head up, my head was up, & when took cord out my arm gave me no tissue nothing, which I lost a lot blood from. I had to walk with a lot blood dripping from my arms. & proceed call police which they didn’t do nun cause I never did nun wrong..
