I had a great experience. The provider, Dr. Vo, was pleasant and honest, he explained everything to me regarding my eye exam, which I appreciated. Isabella assisted me with choosing frames based off my insurance and what was covered vs. what I would pay out of pocket, she was amazing, my visit was less stressful having her assistance. With the previous vision providers I saw before choosing LensCrafters, I walked around looking at frames for over 20 minutes, by myself, and paid more out of pocket than what I expected.

My visit was amazing, from the staff to Dr. Vo himself! I had already had an eye exam this year but my vision was continuing to deteriorate, to the point it was dangerous to drive.
The eye doctor I had gone to pretty much shrugged when I said I was seeing double and just renewed my old prescription! She had no answers for me at all and my condition seemed hopeless pretty much. Like just live with it was all I was getting, and see you next year!
I’m older but still working hard and this took a huge toll on me. I decided to give it try with one more doctor, and found Dr. Vo.
Within about 45 minutes I had a wonderful discussion with him and began to understand my condition thanks to his professionalism and expertise. I walked out with new contacts and new hope! I keep telling my husband: I can see, I can see! Priceless appointment and a life-changer.
Go see Vo!
