  Easy to make an appointment, easy check in and I was seen on time. In and out with ease. Location is conveniently located and is well maintained. Staff was great, this was my 1st time visiting this location, will be back to do all of my labs here.

  I had an appointment scheduled for 1220 on Wednesday, and had to wait almost an hour to get in. Not impressed with the wait.

  Visit time 3/30/2026 @ 7:20am Upon arrival, the interaction with the staff member felt less professional than expected. There was no initial greeting, and the overall tone throughout the visit came across as somewhat dismissive. I understand that busy environments can be challenging; however, a courteous and welcoming approach is especially important in a healthcare setting. There were also some issues related to the lab order codes. While I recognize that this may fall outside the laboratory’s direct responsibility, I would have appreciated clearer and more supportive guidance. Overall, I believe the experience could have been significantly improved with a more empathetic and service-oriented approach. I respectfully suggest reinforcing customer service standards to ensure patients feel properly guided and treated with professionalism.
