  I got peritonitis twice here, first time I ran out of cassettes and my text message asking what to do was ignored. So I reused a cassette (my fault as well) the second time the wrong extension set was put on fresenius =baxter so it came apart twice. I only noticed cause my shirt was wet. When I requested to change clinics they told me, "the doctor at the other clinic did not want me for a patient". But when I saw the Dr at the hospital he said that was NOT TRUE he does not refuse patients and never said that. I was able to transfer over immediately to lakewood ranch clinic and what a day and night difference. The staff is caring and on top of it. They retrained me on Baxter and I've had no peritonitis in months!

  Lindsey is unprofessional and racially discriminatory! I would never allow my family to ever step foot into that facility ever again. Very disappointing.
