  Over all my Target Optical experience was very good. The people were very friendly and helpful and attentive to my needs. I look forward to going back there in the future for my future eye needs

  I ran out of contact lenses during the holidays and unfortunately had to place my order online, as it has been difficult to get an appointment. While browsing in the store, I noticed you were open and asked whether it would be possible to receive a sample, as I have been suffering without my contacts. I was mostly ignored at first, and when someone finally acknowledged me, I was told no. I have been wearing contact lenses for years and have never been denied a sample. I have also spent money at this particular store in the past. As someone who works in healthcare, I always strive to go above and beyond to help others, especially when they are struggling. Unfortunately, that level of care and consideration was not shown here.

  I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this optometrist. Today, I was seen by Dr. McGregor, who was absolutely wonderful. I had some concerns about an issue with my eye, but she reassured me and educated me that everything was fine. I also had the pleasure of working with Ms. Gretchen, who was an absolute joy and hilarious. She went above and beyond to help me find some frames that actually fit and complemented my face. She even educated me on things like finding glasses with pads that would be better for my nose bridge. She helped me pick out two gorgeous pairs of glasses that I absolutely LOVE. She also saw how beat up and rough my old pair were and graciously fixed and cleaned them for me. I love coming here because the whole staff is always pleasant. I highly recommend this optometrist, the staff are stellar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I can only describe this office as the most harassing of any medical, dental, optical office I’ve ever been to. I’ve canceled my appointment twice and have been contacted through 6 different phone numbers. At this point, I don’t want you as a doctor anymore. I don’t want to hear from you again!

  I visited the Target Optical today to have my annual contact lenses exam with Dr. Nodland. I have been seeing him for years. He is the best. Always so knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. He always knows exactly the type of lenses that I should wear based on the problems I’m experiencing. I always leave satisfied. The sales rep who helped me today, Evelyn, was great also. She actually was the reason why I purchased my lenses today because I went in sure that I’d be purchasing them elsewhere at lower costs but she took her time with me and found something I was comfortable paying. She gave me suggestions on other color lenses I’m interested in for the future. I will definitely be seeing her when I’m ready to purchase them. She too is a contact lens wearer so she understands the struggles. I was very satisfied with my visit today. Was seen right on time, on a Saturday, and was able to use my insurance to cover some of the costs. And did some shopping while there. Very convenient.
