  We are so thankful for Dr. Haft and his expertise. My daughter has been a patient of his for about 8 years. While in college in Tallahassee, she was struggling severly with her eyesight so out of desperation (and with her unable to come home and see Dr. Haft any time soon), we found a "reputable" (according to her reviews) opthomologist in Tallahasse for some anwers. She was given a devastating diagnosis and no solutions for her deteriorating eyesight. During her winter break, our top priority was to get a second opinion from Dr. Haft. After a thorough examination, he determined that my daughter simply needed a stronger prespription and that her eyes were also irritated by the contact brand she was using. He was absolutely correct on both counts and she can see so well with the changes he prescribed! I am so thankful for Dr. Haft, and that he is so knowledgeable and insightful with everything contact and eye related!

  I called on a Thursday and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning at 8:30 am while every other office was booked out until December. The lady on the phone was extremely accommodating and warned me that they only take cash so I was prepared. Additionally, Amy helped me out tremendously to ensure I would get my medication on time. She called the pharmacy and spoke to my insurance to assist with obtaining authorization. She was very helpful even though they were closing in 1 hr on a Friday. My stye and eye infection are doing much better since my visit with Dr. Haft and using the medicine as prescribed. Overall very satisfied with my care here.

  I've visited Dr. Haft before, and while he's an excellent doctor, the staff’s behavior has repeatedly been disappointing. During my recent visit, I arrived early, provided all my information, and was told to wait. However, after 45 minutes of watching other patients be seen first, I politely asked for an update, only to be met with a rude response from the front desk. There was no communication about delays, emergencies, or even a simple update. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rudeness from the staff here. Additionally, they only accept cash, not even HSA cards, which adds to the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I’m taking my business elsewhere due to the poor customer service. There are other good doctors who also prioritize respect for their patients' time. Her name is Patty for the record.

  I wasn’t even able to get into the door and talk to the front desk people without them getting rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even stay for my appointment because they made me feel so uncomfortable and was not helpful at all
