  Everyone in this office was very efficient and kind, especially the dental assistant.She explained the procedure thoroughly. Dr. Panol did an excellent job with a difficult extraction.

  I Had an excellent experience with Kevin. He did an amazing job with my daughter Sophie,who is usually very nervous and afraid of going to the dentist .From the moment with arrived Kevin was incredibly patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything in gentle and friendly way. Thanks to his calm approach and professionalism she was able to relax and cooperate.I’m really grateful to come to this office.

  So I hesitated a little bit to write this review because this is not my first time there and the previous services were a lot better than this one. I want to start with the hygienist. She was a young lady who I'm sure doesn't have a lot of experience. That's my personal opinion. She was extremely nice, however, I've never had a cleaning in the order and the way it was done. My cleaning started with an assessment to compare my previous services. After that she went into the polishing of the teeth prior to the removal of tartar from my teeth. Don't want to say much about that because I guess it probably doesn't make a difference. After polishing my teeth she then did the tartar removal. Then she did X-rays and finally did the floosing after I asked about the fact that she had not done it. Again, she was extremely sweet but I believe that this was maybe just lack of experience. However, this is not the entire reason for doing this review. After she was done she told me that the dentist was going to come and see me. But that took over 35 minutes me sitting on the chair until I asked how much longer it would be for the doctor to come and see me. The doctor finally came shortly after that. I also want to mention that I was supposed to be measured for a ceramic crown but that was not done forcing me to make another appointment to get that done. The reason given was not all clear to me and that was a request I made prior to my appointment. To finalize my review, I really want to say that my experience was not terrible, however, because in my many years of going to different dentists this one experience was very unusual. I will probably not go back because now I would be concerned about a repetition of my negative experience. But thank you very much for the prior services and I'm sure that in time the new hygienist will become an exceptional one.
