  No receptionist, they have been replaced by touch screen tablets that don't work well at all. Bathrooms are dirty and water fountain is broken.

  Constant "finger pointing" for failure to perform proper testing despite the lab script being sent over by the doctor. On my March 30th blood test, the technician was very unfriendly. Her name was Gina and she acted like she didn't want to be work there. I won't be going back to this office.

  Rachael was very good with my little. It was her first time and she was afraid but she calmed her and it was a breeze. Thank you!

  The manager put her hands on me and it was not welcome. Also there were blood vials all over the counter filled with other people's blood. Not properly stored. Did not feel safe in there. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Would never recommend it will never go back

  service was amazing....I did not have any issues with either of the 2 check in kiosks but in my 2 hour wait time there (yes, I came in walk in hahaha.....won't do that again!) there were many older generations that kept cursing the checkin kiosk lol....cause they don't obviously like the tech of it all....but I helped field some concerns and helped the public checkin too even.....I shoulda been on the payroll lol. but yea, on a whim, decided to show up as a walk-in cause last time just a couple months ago I did a walk-in appointment and it was easy like a breeze, in and out....other than giving a urinalysis haha but that's all on me 🌊
