  I thought I had found the doctor that was going to be the best for me. Since my first appointment in July of 2025 i had been pleased, I was not rushed, they took plenty of time. I was being seen every three to four week regularly. Fast forward to February 2026. I went into office for blood draws. I was given a follow up appointment. Mind you they gave me the date. The days prior to appointment I received the usual confirm your appointment text which I did. The day before appointment I received a text stating they need to cancel my appointment as all the labs were not back. They also texted that my next appointment would be scheduled for the end of April, literally 11 weeks away! Seriously who wants to wait that long for a folliw up of 11 plus vials of blood work. I was told they would put me on a cancellation list. I find this not only unacceptable because I was not valued as a patient who had been going in monthly, but unprofessional in thier flippant response that certain blood work takes longer to get back. Understandable for that but I didnt choose the return date your office gave me that appointment. Unrealistic that thier was no sooner appointment than 11 weeks away. For that reason alone I choose not to return. Although said appointment was fir lab results I can not imagine if I was under the weather that I would be expected to wait weeks to be get in to be seen. Text messages are so impersonal regarding this issue, voice phone call may have been perceived as more personal and caring.

  Amazing staff and excellent doctor! All my concerns were addressed and I feel very comfortable and confident in Dr Sorianos care.

  Amazing! I have seen both Dr. Soriano and most recently his PA-C, Vanessa Lenher, and they are equally wonderful. They were extremely thorough, and they both at different appointments settled in to discuss every concern, and didn’t make me feel rushed. From the front office staff to the medical assistants, and the providers, everything runs smoothly and they create such a positive atmosphere. They also have patient portal access for records, prescription refills, and Telehealth appointments for established patients. 10/10!

  The staff is friendly & helpful. Vanessa has been great; she is very knowledgeable. We appreciate everyone at Soriano Med!
