  I’m not sure why there are open hours because yall are constantly closed. I’ve been calling for 3 days. Today is Monday, per your automated system your open on Monday from 8-4 with lunch being 12-1. It’s 3:52 on Monday April 6,2026.

  Ive been seeing Dr. Halsey for about 15 years atp. I've always had good experiences, and he's helped me cope with my insane amount of allergies and my athsma, and build treatment plans for the long term. I've seen multiple other people in the practice between the valrico and riverview officer over time, and never had any significant issues.

  I was previously seen in your now defunct Valrico office. I was told by your staff my testing was just my $60 co-pay of which was collected at the time of service. I then received a bill for 700+ dollars of my deductible. I ended up faxing that office because like other reviews here nobody answered his phone. I was then told over the phone they double checked my benefits again and it was supposed to be $60. They were gonna handle it. Never heard from anybody again now I have a collection Debt unbelievable do not use this practice without taking everything in writing because they surprise bill so unethical while I did set up the payment plan with your nasty collector, I am now following through with filing complaints with the appropriate government officials. Shame on you twice you told me $60.

  Dr. Halsey is great and has amazing bedside manner, he is amazing at what he does. However, his PA Christina Tanaka is the single laziest provider I have ever seen. I've brought multiple concerns to her and she doesn't give a damn, or interrupts me mid-sentence to yell, "no you're wrong!!" I've seen other reviews where people have said she screamed at their kids...I completely believe that. She's rude, impatient, does not care about the outcome of her patients, and dare I say a bit narcissistic. I've brought up multiple extremely concerning issues/lab results and she does absolutely nothing to help, it's always an issue for another specialist to deal with. The diagnosis is always going to be whatever is most convenient for her, not what's accurate to the patient's symptoms. If you try to advocate for a different diagnosis or more testing, you will be gaslit into oblivion. If you want help for a complex problem, don't come here because they're too lazy to help you. Also, the office is always running significantly behind schedule, which means that every appointment will have you there for about 2 hours. The nurses, although kind, are not good at their jobs and are confused by simple requests. I would not recommend this practice at all.
