    @ I just want to say thank you to the Ladies at Riverview… They are so amazing and I love their vibes… I almost gave up but they wouldn’t let me and I thank them… they go above and beyond to help in each and every way… October 2nd I was 269 pounds and had to take a break for a week due to a procedure I had… so I didn’t think I had lost anything but I went to my appointment today October 18th and I dropped to 260 and the way they cheered made me cry… thank you so much Ladies I truly appreciate everyone… i feel like I have known them all my life that’s how they make u feel… yessss I have some new friends not just friends but sisters…
