  Was going to be seen here but takes months to get in and the lady I talked to was so rude. All I asked was to be put on the waitlist if I schedule. We didn’t even make it that far. From the reviews, I see the reschedule a lot last minute. Not worth it.

  Always rescheduling appt same day and waiting months to get back in but if you cancel same day it’s a $50 fee

  I’ve been waiting months for a new pt appt. I had to reschedule once and gave a month in advance. No problem rescheduled to today. They called to say they have to cancel for today because the person I’m seeing is sick. The kicker is-the next appt I can get is the end of January. How am I wait 6 months as a new pt appointment and they let me know the morning of that it needs to be reschedule? I can’t see another physician or even get anything sooner at this location. I get stuff happens but you’re telling me no one else can accommodate and because that physician got sick I have to wait an additional 3 months for an appointment. Even added to their waitlist you get no calls. Terrible. I couldn’t imagine being an established patient. Probably not able to get in and they’ll move you morning of and not care.

  I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was just so rude, tired of her job and with an attitude the entire time. It was uncomfortable speaking to her. You can hear her hard deep breath because how annoyed she was. I was looking for the correct information to give to my insurance. Because of her treatment I won’t be making an appointment sadly. All humans should be treated equally and if she’s tired of her job, she needs to find another job

  I absolutely love Academic Alliance in Dermatology and their wonderful staff. Jasmine especially has gone above and beyond to help me with issues I have been having with my insurance and even with the pharmacy to get us the required approvals for myself and my daughters medications. 3 of the my children, myself, my father and my friend are all patients and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks. I have written about their service and recommended them on our community blog and those who have visited the Riverview office, to my knowledge, were all satisfied. I was hesitant when Patrick Duffy PA left the group but have met with his replacement Graham Chriss PA-C and he is just as wonderful as Patrick Duffy was. They are all very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and there is no wait time longer than a few minutes. Highly recommended!
